Operations Coordinator
Short Description
The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position that provides essential support to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of our small but active Nature Center and Wildlife Refuge. The individual in this role will work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to maintain efficient systems, enhance organizational efficacy, and ensure exceptional programming and visitor experience.
The ideal candidate is an organized, welcoming, detail-oriented, hands-on leader, comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, with a passion for transformative environmental education.
