Salary: Salary range: $48,000-$54,000 DOE. Full benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and eligible for matching contribution to 401(k) retirement plan.
Nonprofit educational and scientific organization seeks a full-time Program Director. Position reports directly to Executive Director. Primary responsibilities: a) oversight of daily operations and program activities, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics; b) contributing to a collaborative team effort in the development of strategic priorities and long-term goals. Additionally, c) will have lead responsibility for integrating educational programs in the arts, sciences, and humanities. The Program Director will have significant public contact with a variety of public groups, of different ages, backgrounds, and educational levels, in formal and informal settings. Develops and oversees content for administrative (internal) and external communication materials. Evaluates programs and tracks online platform analytics, manages budget categories, and prepares reports for Executive Director and Board.
