The Director of Finance leads and oversees the effective execution of finance, accounting, and reporting functions, while supporting all programs and leadership teams with financial analysis, budgeting, and strategy. In addition manages day to day finances, develops accounting policies and procedures, and ensures accurate recording and documentation of all financial transactions in support of IslandWood’s long term financial objectives and organizational strategic plan by providing analysis and recommendations supporting growth and financial sustainability.
