Puget Sound Estuarium is hiring an Executive Director. The Estuarium currently serves 25,000 community members every year through outdoor environmental education programming in schools, the community, and at its facility, which contains aquariums and exhibits related to local species and ecosystems. This is an opportunity to lead an organization that is on a path to expand its community programming and deliver a state of the art environmental education center and aquarium to downtown Olympia in the next few years. The ED is the public face of the organization, and oversees staff and operations, leading a skilled and dedicated team in efforts to fulfill the Estuarium’s mission to Explore, Connect, Inspire. This is a full time salaried position with paid leave, vacation, and medical benefits.
