Join a team of enthusiastic professionals working to connect people to nature by providing exceptional customer service experiences. Job Summary: The Visitor Services team works together to welcome and orient visitors, conduct program registrations, communicate with visitors via phone, email and in-person, facilitate Nature Center Store sales and connect visitors to other staff members. Located in the Visitor Center, this team plays a critical role in both internal and external communications. This position provides the opportunity for a flexible schedule when coordinated with other team members. Less than 20 hours each week will be pre-scheduled, normally including 3-4 weekend days each month, occasional week days and evening hours to support special events 1-2 times each year.
