President and CEO San Antonio, TX Brackenridge Park Conservancy seeks an accomplished senior leader who demonstrates a keen understanding of, and passion for, the organization’s mission and an appreciation for the value of Brackenridge Park as a cherished gathering place with deep historical, cultural, and ecological resources. The ideal candidate must be able to assist the Conservancy in pursuing its strategic goals through knowledge of and experience with principles, practices and methods of strategic engagement, fundraising, planning, operations, financial management, business process improvement and developing and managing human capital in a growing organization. The ability to develop and maintain highly professional relationships with government, business, civic, and nonprofit leaders is required. The compensation range for this position is between $170,000 - $200,000. Health, retirement, PTO and other benefits are available.
