Facilities and Land Manager
Short Description
The Facilities and Land Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and strategic maintenance
of Alice Ferguson Foundation’s 330-acre campus, which includes buildings, trail systems, and a
diverse mix of natural landscapes. Many of these structures are more than 100 years old and
require thoughtful preservation.
This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on work. The ideal candidate will plan,
prioritize, and manage maintenance and land stewardship activities — and personally complete
a significant portion of the day-to-day work alongside staff, contractors, and volunteers. The role
is results-oriented, focusing on measurable outcomes in safety, functionality, cost-efficiency,
and long-term stewardship.
