Asbury Woods is seeking a permanent, full-time Conservation Stewardship Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team and implement our Conservation Stewardship Plan. This is a hands-on position responsible for monitoring ecosystem health, maintaining natural resource inventories, working with staff, volunteers, and outside organizations to promote conservation and sustainable land use, leading stewardship and restoration projects, and communicating activities to internal and external audiences. Enthusiasm, knowledge of and passion for nature, and the ability to work outside in all conditions are required in this position. This is a full-time salaried position with occasional evening and weekend hours, four weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays each year, an IRA plan and medical, dental and vision insurance.
