Environmental Educator

Bonnyvale Environmental Education Center (BEEC) is seeking a passionate and versatile Environmental Educator to join our small, collaborative team in southern Vermont. This role combines hands-on teaching with program coordination, supporting high-quality environmental learning experiences for local youth. The position includes developing and leading outdoor and classroom-based programs for schools, camps, and families; designing engaging, place-based curriculum; and coordinating school partnerships from scheduling through evaluation. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in education and environmental science, enjoy working outdoors year-round, and thrive in dynamic nonprofit settings.
