Salary: $45,000 - $48,000
The program director is the lead staff person with respect to all Nature Center of Cape May (NCCM) programming with duties primarily in the education branch of New Jersey Audubon (NJA). The program director oversees all facets of the educational programs given at the NJA center and encourages and maintains an active, cooperative interface between staff, volunteers and interns involved in these programs. The program director takes an active role in promoting NJA as a membership-based conservation organization and supporting the Organization’s priorities.
