The Raptor Program Specialist is responsible for maintaining high standards of husbandry and training for our entire education Ambassador Animal collection with special focus on raptors. NMWC's collection of 20 raptors includes eagles, hawks, falcons, kestrels and owls. The position participates in all aspects of NMWC education programs, including on-site, off-site and virtual programs. The Specialist, as part of the Education staff, is responsible for the training, supervision and evaluation of interns and volunteers.
