Salary: $135,000–$155,000 + bonus and benefits
Crystal Cove Conservancy and Crystal Cove Management Company seek an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational and property management. The COO will be responsible for the for-profit management of Crystal Cove Management Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary that works with The Conservancy in unique social enterprise model for the protection, preservation, and sustainability of Crystal Cove State Park. The COO must be able to set goals and operate independently while working in partnership with the President & CEO as a key member of the organization’s leadership team. The ideal candidate may come from a variety of career pathways but will bring a strong understanding of both for-profit and nonprofit management and will demonstrate a passion for The Conservancy’s mission. This position requires a strategic whiz with a talent for cultivating relationships, proven negotiation and project management skills, and a keen eye for financial analysis and planning.
