Seacoast Science Center (SSC) is seeking an Office Manager to join its talented team. At the hub of a Center operations, the Office Manager orchestrates the intersection between accounting, human resources, and daily business operations of the growing nonprofit institution. A successful Office Manager is a creative, detail-oriented individual with proficiency in database programs, who shares SSC’s passion for advancing environmental education and conservation. The Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day human resource administration including record keeping, data management and liaison with SSC’s payroll provider, ADP. The Office Manager is also responsible for transfer of financial data to the Center’s outsourced accountants and managing the flow of general business matters such as insurance, postage, benefits compliance, equipment leases and general business needs.
