Short Description
As the Operations Coordinator, you will support customer visits and tours, welcoming guests upon arrival and serving as host for weekend events in rotation with other staff.
You will be primarily responsible for conference customer communications and serve as the primary contact for conference group coordinators. This role stewards conference guests and conference group coordinators through all pre-event preparation to help ensure a successful on-site retreat.
