North Cascades Institute is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic individual to join our retail team. This is a seasonal/temporary, non-exempt position that includes part-time and full-time work schedules. The work schedule will be part-time from May 26 - June 30, full-time from June 1 - Labor Day (September 4), and part-time from September 5 – September 30. The position is based out of the Skagit Information Center in Newhalem, WA. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour. Review of applications will begin immediately. Position will remain open until filled. Good quality housing is available through the Institute including utilities, considerably below market rates. Private rooms in shared houses are sometimes available at $350/month, but not guaranteed. In some cases, roommates in shared rooms may be required, at $175/month.
