As a growing nonprofit organization, Wild Bear is seeking a Development Director to achieve Wild Bear Nature Center’s annual operational fundraising goals. The Development Director will assess fundraising opportunities and play a lead role in strategy development, conceiving, planning, implementing, and fundraising for Wild Bear’s current/future operations expense campaigns. This position manages one direct report – the Development Coordinator.
