The Audubon Society of Rhode Island seeks a director to lead our Nature Center and Aquarium. The Center is the premier facility of the Audubon Society of Rhode Island, and its role is pivotal in connecting visitors to our mission and the wonders of the natural world. Climate change is a top priority, and our success relies on a partnership-based approach in policy, advocacy, education, research, and conservation. Key Responsibilities - Lead the Nature Center and Aquarium as a hub for environmental education and conservation - Oversee exhibits, programs, and partnerships that highlight Audubon's work in Rhode Island - Manage staff, daily operations, and budgets - Foster community partnerships and outreach to expand our impact - Support fundraising through grant writing and donor relations
