Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 dependent on experience
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional camp experiences, managing facility rentals, and coordinating community events throughout the year. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and welcoming environment while ensuring the safety, well-being and development of campers, guests, and staff. Fundraising, donor cultivation, and community outreach are also aspects of this job.
