This position will manage planning efforts and implementation strategies to achieve the mission of Tamarack Nature Center (TNC) and Ramsey County; to develop and implement outdoor recreation and environmental education programs for the general public, schools, and organized groups; develop and lead outreach strategies to achieve racial equity goals; to direct and manage the operation of TNC; fund development and grant administration; develop and manage a high-performing staff; and to perform related duties assigned.
