On 115 acres in Akron, Ohio, Crown Point Ecology Center runs a working organic farm, a summer camp with a waitlist, school programs that sell out months in advance, sound baths in the meadow, and a community murder mystery dinner in a century barn. We are a USDA-certified organic farm and education center — and no two days here look the same.
We're hiring a Director of Education & Programs to lead a year-round portfolio of 15+ programs and build what comes next. This is a role for someone who is equally at home knee-deep in a field trip and managing a program budget — someone energized by variety, driven by mission, and ready to own outcomes, not just activities.
Salary: $38,000–$42,000 | 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, and accident insurance | 403(b) with match | On-site housing may be available.
