Belwin’s next Executive Director will have the rare opportunity to assume leadership of a healthy, well-regarded nonprofit at a moment of great momentum. Following a successful $10.2 million capital campaign, Belwin is well positioned to build on its strong foundation while shaping its next chapter of impact.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-centered leader who brings both strategic vision and grounded nonprofit operational experience. They are an exceptional communicator, an effective fundraiser, and someone who can build trust across staff, Board, donors, partners, and the broader community.
