What do teacher contracts and PTO look like compared to others in your organization? Do employee dependents get tuition discounts or priority admission? How do you retain good teachers? How do you integrate your teachers into the rest of your nature center? Join us for a conversation focused on the successes and challenges of keeping our preschools well staffed, well run, and thriving.
This CONNECTS will offer you an opportunity to:
- Connect with other leaders of nature centers running nature-based preschools
- Share the successes and challenges you’re facing running your school
- Compare strategies for supporting, retaining, and integrating your teachers
- Think about the policies, administrative systems, and finances that keep your school thriving.
