Often, the nature center field is up against many obstacles when it comes to recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff. Let’s discuss best practices on recruiting fundamentals, promoting diverse and inclusive workplace culture, and developing an engaging onboarding plan. Let’s build a toolbox together to hire and retain the best staff for your nature center & make them feel welcome.
This discussion will be facilitated by Leigh Ann Miller, Executive Director at Grange Insurance Audubon Center, and Sara Beesley, Center Director at Mitchell Lake Audubon Center.
