Early Bird rates end December 1.

Participants may choose extra options when registering:

  • Linens for dormitory use (includes bedding, pillow, bath towels): $40
  • Single room: $350
  • Early arrival at The Ecology School (night of Thursday, January 12): $125

The early arrival and late stay fees include meals during your extended stay.

The last day to apply for a scholarship was November 1.

COVID Safety Protocols

In accordance with the State of Maine guidelines and with the health and safety of all involved (including both staff and guests), the following safety protocols are in place. Protocols will be assessed and updated as the CDC and State of Maine guidelines evolve.

  • ANCA and The Ecology School strongly recommend that all participants who are eligible are up to date on COVID vaccinations. All of The Ecology School’s staff are required to be up to date on their COVID vaccinations.
  • All participants are asked to arrive with proof of a negative COVID test taken within 24 hours of arrival (day of preferred). At-home tests are acceptable, and a picture of the test is valid proof. Exceptions to this can be made for participants who have recently completed a 5-day quarantine because of having COVID and are significantly symptom free and in accordance with current CDC guidelines.
  • Program participants traveling to The Ecology School on public transportation (including trains and planes) are highly recommended to wear masks during travel.
  • Face masks are recommended for all on-site staff and program participants, in the presence of others, except when eating or sleeping.
  • No one shall participate in the RELC Summit if they have been diagnosed with COVID within 5 days preceding, and shall not participate in overnight programming or indoor meals with others if they have been diagnosed with COVID within 10 days. Close contacts should follow current CDC guidelines to guide their participation and masking.
