As a sponsor, you will connect with professionals who are invested in overnight environmental education and outdoor experiences, allowing your brand to gain visibility among a network of mission-driven leaders. You will also be directly supporting this unique profession, helping advance innovative and impactful approaches to environmental learning.
The Outdoor School Summit is a welcoming and congenial environment. Rather than hosting booths, we invite in-person sponsors to participate fully in the event, attend programs, and engage with participants. We also welcome sponsors to submit a proposal for a Facilitated Discussion by October 2.
Sponsorship Packages
We offer two sponsorship packages:
- Contributing Sponsorship: $1,000
- Supporting Sponsorship: $1,500
Both sponsorship packages include:
- Registration — Receive one registration to participate in the Summit
- Brand Visibility — We’ll display your logo on the Outdoor School Summit website, a unique site shared only with Summit participants, as well as the ANCA website’s Summit landing page
- Marketing — We will send an email to Summit participants the week before the Summit, including information about your company
Supporting Sponsors go above and beyond, providing additional support so that outdoor schools and related organizations can thrive and continue delivering impactful environmental education experiences. Supporting Sponsors also receive a Large Ad on the Summit Website, which all Summit participants use during the event.

Advertising on the Summit Website
The Summit Website includes details about programming and the Summit schedule, and is exclusively shared with Summit participants.
- Small Ad: $200
- Large Ad: $390
Event Sponsorships
Throughout the Summit, there are opportunities to sponsor individual events. Sponsorship includes displaying your logo at the event and including your organization name in verbal announcements about the event.
- Meal Sponsorship: $550
- Networking Social Sponsorship: $275
- Field Trip Sponsorship: $220
Welcome Bundle Insert
Here you can include a marketing piece in the Summit welcome bundle, which is given to every Summit participant.
