Facilitated by Kay Carlson, we will use a peer-driven process to help leaders unpack complex challenges in real time. This will be a focused, guided experience that helps you gain new insights about your leadership.

Together, we’ll explore how you’re navigating uncertainty and addressing the kinds of challenges that often feel like they sit squarely on your shoulders. You’ll gain perspective from peers who understand the weight of leadership, strengthen your decision-making, and build relationships that extend beyond this session.
