ANCA CONNECTS: AI Policies
Description
Artificial intelligence has become a ubiquitous part of our lives and work. Nature centers are still learning about the potential impacts of AI on our work and on the environment, and many professionals in the field are wondering how to manage AI use in the workplace.
Join other nature center professionals for this facilitated discussion on AI policies, where we’ll share our existing policies and learn from others. We’ll address questions like:
- What is AI and how has it shown up at your organization?
- Can we use AI in a way that still reflects our mission?
- How transparent do we need to be in our use of AI?
- Is it acceptable to use AI to improve your writing or save time when developing fund development materials?
- Can you ban all AI from your workplace?
Whether you already have robust policies on AI or are just starting out, this program will be a space to think out loud, share honestly, and learn from others who are navigating the same challenges. Come ready to join the conversation and hear how other organizations are approaching this complex topic.
This program takes place on Zoom, and will not be recorded.
