Pacific University partners with the Nonprofit Association of Oregon (NAO) to connect, improve and advance nonprofits throughout the United States and to advance principles and practices for nonprofit excellence. The program also is guided by an advisory council comprised of leaders and innovators throughout the nonprofit world.

Earn Your Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership Online

The Master of Nonprofit Leadership program is 100% online, with courses offered online on select weekdays.

Full-Time and Part-Time Master’s Program
The Master of Nonprofit Leadership can be completed in just 13 months of full-time online study. Explore the full-time schedule.
Students also can choose a part-time pathway and complete their master's degree in two or three years.
Scholarships
Master of Nonprofit Leadership scholarships are available for two full-time students: one for a student currently or planning to work in a nonprofit organization that primarily serves the latino/a/x community; another for a student enrolled in the environmental concentration who demonstrates a passion for leading nonprofits dedicated to environmental conservation, advocacy and/or education.
Civic engagement and sustainability are core values at Pacific University. Students in the Pacific University master of nonprofit leadership program can connect with university centers committed to advancing these values in our community. The McCall Center for Civic Engagement works with students, faculty and staff members, campus groups (such as athletic teams and clubs), and community partners to facilitate participation in service, awareness campaigns, fundraising, elections, and other civic engagement activities. The Center for a Sustainable Society provides students an opportunity to experience the university's commitment to sustainability and work within a collaborative framework to cultivate an engaged community dedicated to ethical, transdisciplinary solutions that advance the well-being of people and places, locally and across the world, now and in the future.
