Project Coordinator – Central Michigan Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (CM-CISMA

The CM-CISMA is a cooperative of partnerships with multiple organizations within Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella and Midland counties and the surrounding area. Through these partnerships, they work to carry out their mission of protecting and improving the natural resources, economy and human health in Central Michigan through collaborative outreach and management of invasive exotic species. The Program Coordinator will work in conjunction with Chippewa Nature Center (CNC) and the 10-member CM-CISMA Steering Committee to complete tasks and deliverables outlined in the Strategic Plan for the grant year. These tasks include administering grants, applying for grants and carrying out education and outreach activities. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all projects are successfully implemented. They must have the ability to learn, lead and work independently.
