Salary: $15.00/hr
The Visitor Services Associate serves as the first point of contact, through phone and in person, to everyday visitors, as well as program participants, donors, and board members. Consistently maintaining a welcoming, professional, and helpful environment, this position collects admission fees, sells memberships, orients visitors to the trails and grounds, and answers any questions regarding Blandford Nature Center (BNC). In addition to providing excellent customer service, the position provides administrative support to general operations as needed. This position covers up to 24 hours a week, and the work schedule is (Wednesday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm and Saturday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm). We are happy to work with the candidate to consider alternative start and end times on Wednesday - Friday that fall during operating hours. Saturdays are required.
