Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
The Executive Director provides administrative leadership to the Nature and Wildlife Discover Center (NWDC) which includes the Mountain Park Campus, the River Campus, and the Raptor Center. As the processional counterpart to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director focuses on fulfilling the mission and directs the implementation of the strategic plan. Responsibilities include providing vision, leadership and general oversight of the organization; management of finances and facilities; development of financial and human resources; oversight of program; and elevating the profile of the Nature and Wildlife Discovery Center through marketing and by fostering strategic partnerships. The Executive Director is supervised and evaluated by the Board of Directors and reports to the President of the Board.
