Time: 11am PT  /  12pm MT  /  1pm CT  /  2pm ET

How do I manage volunteers when I am so busy myself, what should the training address for my site, how do I keep track of their important time? Join in a 90-minute Facilitated Discussion about Volunteer Programs and the challenges and success that make volunteers successful as vital members of our organizations. A recent ANCA Discussion Forum thread has generated many questions from participants searching for resources to better manage a Volunteer Program.
