The Director of Research and Conservation will guide the Scientific direction for Florida Oceanographic, setting Departmental plans and goals, and designing experiments and projects to inform restoration efforts for water quality and estuarine species, in support of the Florida Oceanographic Mission. A member of the Leadership Team, the Director actively participates in organizational leadership planning and decision making and interacts with the Board of Directors.
