The Education Assistant at Yellowstone Forever is integral to organizing educational programs, managing logistics, and facilitating communication, ensuring exceptional experiences for visitors to Yellowstone National Park. Reporting to Education Operations, this role involves coordinating program registrations, tracking materials, managing administrative documentation, and providing support through various communication channels. Working closely with the education management team, the Education Assistant ensures smooth program execution and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, they serve as a backup field educator, delivering engaging programs to diverse learners and fostering connections to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
